Women across the North East and North Cumbria have had their say about NHS healthcare in the Big Conversation report, published on International Women's Day.

Tell Us North, the host organisation for Healthwatch Gateshead and Healthwatch Newcastle, is now an accredited Real Living Wage employer. This means that all Healthwatch Gateshead staff are paid the Real Living Wage.

Healthwatch Gateshead services will be closed for the easter bank holiday weekend from Thursday 17th April at 4pm until Tuesday the 22nd of April at 10am.

At times, patients may have concerns about the services provided by their GP practice. Whether it’s about appointment availability, communication issues, or another aspect of care, it’s important for patients to feel confident in addressing these matters. One of the best ways to raise a concern is by contacting the practice manager.
